Outbound Students for AIMS program 2024
We are pleased to inform you that the application for AIMS Program 2024 is now open for Students of Faculty of Agriculture UGM. Students have an opportunity to study abroad during the next odd semester (August/September–December 2024). Host universities may include Gyeongsang National University, South Korea; Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan; and Ibaraki University, Japan. Successful applicants will be awarded partial scholarships, with amounts ranging from IDR 10,000,000 to 20,000,000, depending on the chosen host university.
Eligibility
- Active undergraduate students of the Faculty of Agriculture UGM, class of 2021/semester 6 or class of 2022/semester 4.
- Proficient in English; equivalent to a minimum TOEFL ITP Score of 500.
Please submit a valid English proficiency test from the following eligible English testing institutions as a proof:
a) AcEPT UGM
b) IELTS from an institution affiliated with British Council/IDP/IALF
c) TOEFL iBT from an institution affiliated with IIEF
d) TOEFL ITP from an institution affiliated with IIEF
e) TOEP from Pusat Layanan Tes Indonesia (PLTI) acknowledged by DIKTI - Willing to take one semester of courses abroad.
- Enrolled in the Faculty of Agriculture UGM during the program.

Timeline
- Register at http://ugm.id/aimsfaperta2024 by Thursday, 22 Feb 2024 at 23:59 WIB.
- The selected students will be notified via email on 8 March 2024.
- Online interview in English will be on Saturday, 16 March 202
- The announcement of the final selection will be on 29 March 2024 through email.
